Returns & Exchanges

All returns must be post-marked within 14 days of the original ship date to receive a refund or exchange.  Please include the invoice that was included with your package. Regular priced items will be returned for a full refund, sale items (except 50% off items) may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of purchase date. No returns or exchanges on Final Sale Items listed at 50% Off and on any sales after 14 days.

Returns items must be unworn, unused and in new condition with original tags and packaging.

Customer is responsible for paying return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

-Ecology Gift Cards

-Books and Paper Items (such as greeting cards and stationary)

-Body Care Products

-Swimwear, Underwear

-Sunglasses and Jewelry

-Final Sale items at 50% Off

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
